Terms of use

The service

Stackwise provides software research, comparisons and decision support. You may use the service for lawful business evaluation. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape private information or submit abusive content.

Your decision and the vendor contract

Recommendations and cost calculations are informational. Confirm pricing, plan limits, availability, security, regulatory suitability, billing and cancellation directly with the vendor before purchasing. Purchases create a contract with the vendor, not Stackwise.

Accuracy and availability

We make reasonable efforts to record sources and flag uncertainty, but software offerings change and errors can occur. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or completeness. Nothing here guarantees business results, savings, suitability or income.

Liability and rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties. Mandatory consumer and other legal rights are not excluded. Third-party names identify their respective owners; no sponsorship is implied. Contact the operator about disputes, corrections or rights requests.

Updates

These terms were updated on 7 October 2026. Material changes will be posted here. The service is operated by Abdulmonem Masood in Palestine.
